I feel sort of conflicted about this I’m not yelling I’m a Missouri girl we just talk loud Betty Boop shirt. Even though I see your point but they are profiting a lot from this, they are the main manufactures of the equipment we need. I really don’t know how to feel about this. No reason, other than corporate greed, prevented US manufacturers from making that equipment here. I would not use ‘profiting’ considering their GDP shrunk by almost 7% in the first quarter and I don’t see how selling masks and other stuff can get the loss back.

I definitely agree with you that they shouldn’t make a profit on this I’m not yelling I’m a Missouri girl we just talk loud Betty Boop shirt and I also don’t think the manufacturers are trying to make a big profit in the first place. People all around the world should really coordinate on where the medical supplies go but I think it is those who try to ‘hijack’ the orders by placing a higher bid to blame rather than the manufacturers. After all, it doesn’t make a difference to the manufacturers where the masks go since they don’t know which country needs it the most. Was there an accident with the Wuhan lab? Did China downplay the situation and hid relevant information? Did foreign governments (or states) act according to the information they had, even if not the full information?
