I don’t care what anyone says I have loved all the Star Wars movies. I am a Disney Princess unless Star Wars need me shirt Are some better than others yes but as a true fan, they are all good? I am so excited about this can’t wait. I grew up on the original trilogy and thought ok that’s it. Then the prequels came and they were eh still I added them to my collection. Then this new trilogy began and as many people myself included thought TLJ was a “disappointment “ I hope this final film will make up for that. I’m sure there are many things for people to complain about from all three trilogies sets ie; Midi-chlorins anyone, but I will forever be a Star Wars fan regardless. Teared up a bit and I want that redoing of the theme song from the end of the trailer now.

Unlike the original trilogy (or even the prequels) it’s hard to be emotionally I am a Disney Princess unless Star Wars need me shirt invested in the new trilogies characters because of the lack of depth and character development. At least with Luke, we got to see him develop over the course of 3 movies and we got to see the relationships deepen with the characters. The main character in this trilogy, Rey, we don’t know who she is but she’s an instant Jedi with no real training or guidance. The chance you had to form a bond with her and Luke and add depth to her character was squandered for comic relief. Disney, you destroyed the characters, their arcs, the plots, the franchise, and my childhood. Now you again attempt to manipulate with nostalgia in order to cash in. I’m afraid to see this and just be so deeply disappointed again.
